What is the 72-hour cancellation policy?

A full refund is issued if you cancel within 72 hours of signing or within the first three scheduled class days (minus up to $100 admin fee and necessary, separately stated items).

How are refunds calculated after classes start?

Pro-rata based on unused hours until 75% completion. No refund at or beyond 75% completion.

Are books and tools refundable?

Handled separately. Once purchased/used, no refund. Only necessary, separately stated items for the attended portion may be withheld on full refunds.

What are my options if I'm called to active military duty?

You may choose a pro-rata refund, an incomplete with right to re-enroll within one year of discharge, or a final grade if =90% completed.

When will refunds be paid?

Within 60 days after the effective date of termination.

During the course, students will receive a total of forty hours of training, including both theoretical instruction and practical training on real trucks. Our highly qualified instructors with industry experience will guide students through key concepts and provide them with the opportunity to practice and refine their driving skills in a safe and controlled environment.
